Freshly prepared meals and a responsive, supportive environment add to your daily comfort. Residents also benefit from regular physician rounding, including specialists in Physiatry (rehabilitation and pain management), Infectious Disease, Wound Care, Psychiatry, and Neuropsychology.

Our care is enhanced by on-site physician oversight, including Physiatry specialists in rehabilitation and pain management, as well as Infectious Disease, advanced wound care, Psychiatry, and Neuropsychology services. This collaborative approach allows us to address the most complex medical needs while focusing on safety, healing, comfort, and improved quality of life.

Wound Care
Vista Post Acute is wound care certified offering residents certified wound care nurses to handle complex wounds.
Activity Program
Vista Post Acute employs outgoing and friendly professional staff to create and lead social programs and activities.
Social Services
Our social services team works with both residents and their families to manage requests and provide open communication.
Rounding Physicians
Our residents benefit from regular on-site physician rounds, including Physiatry, Psychiatrists and Neuropsychology.
