Very nice views, great CNAs and LVN’s, activities, PT and OT. Remodeling will look good when finished overall. Very nice nurses and therapist get you moving. Was there a better part of three weeks. Overall I’d go back if I had to.

The CNAs and nurses are very attentive and helpful. They’ve been quick to respond to any and all needs my mom has had. The facility has done some renovations and looks great and the location has a nice patio to enjoy their amazing view. I would highly recommend Vista Post Acute.

One of my hospice patients went here after being discharged from the hospital. The staff accommodated him upon arrival and being that he was a hospice patient, he needed a higher level of care. Both patient and family experience was friendly, attentive staff, clean beds and rooms, and the care provided was more than great.
